Outline the who, what, and why of the website. One to Three Sentences.

Define your target audience
Provide three to five mock-ups of potential visitors that you wish to target. Include age, gender, profession, industry, and what they are seeking from the website. Add any other details that may be necessary to set them apart from the norm. Give each mock-up a name to reference later.
